Front Desk Receptionist

Our company is seeking a Receptionist who can coordinate front desk activities, including distribution of e-mail correspondence and the receipt and redirection of phone calls. Functions conducted within this role are administrative in nature and support the company’s needs across the organization. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company and interaction can leave a lasting impression. It is essential that anyone walking through our front door is warmly acknowledged and pleasantly greeted at first contact. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pass Pre-Employment Background and Drug Testing

Required Skills
- Willing to train and learn our order entry system
- Detail-orientated, good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

- Greet and welcome guests and peers alike upon entering through the front door
- Direct visitors to the appropriate contact within our facility
- Professionally answer, screen and warm transfer incoming phone calls, taking messages when appropriate
- Maintain the reception area, allowing it to be presentable at all times
- Provide basic and accurate information personally or through phone and/or e-mail
- Maintain office security by monitoring facility access via the reception desk
- Monitor and maintain the company employee and guest log books
- Troubleshoot and resolve phone system and copier issues as they arise
- Respond accordingly to all e-mail requests and advise when issues and requests have been completed
- Notify back-up personnel when leaving the reception desk for an extended period of time and upon return
- Check office supply inventory and relay the data in a timely manner for ordering purposes
- Distribute supplies to employees upon request in a timely manner
- Update company calendar and schedule meetings accordingly
- Coordinate delivery of express mail services
- Maintain restock of all breakroom areas on a daily basis and relay supplies needed in a timely manner
- Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the company.  

Furniture Installer

We need Furniture Installers for deconstruction, assembly, disassembly, reassembly and delivery, of high-quality modular systems and other office furniture. Installers may work independently or as part of a team assigned to provide moving, installation and storage services to businesses and independent customers. Training of product assembly is provided.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Pass pre-employment background and drug testing
- Must have an active cell phone
- Reliable transportation to/from work

Preferred (Not Required) Abilities
- Bobtail truck driving experience
- Able to read and understand floor plans
- Installation and delivery experience
- Flexible to work nights/weekends with frequently changing priorities and deadlines
- Forklift certification

- Accountable for assembly, disassembly, reassembly, and delivery/installation of office furniture and systems
- Maintain professional personal appearance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Ability to see jobs through to completion in a professional and time efficient manner without supervision
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfactory customer experience
- Complete furniture assembly/installation as per installation specifications to meet customer fulfillment
- Inspect furniture for proper setup according to manufacturer’s guidelines
- Ability to speak effectively to clients, crews, and employees of organizations we support
- May load and unload furniture onto trucks
- Follows all safety procedures in the performance to job duties
